AMAN — Security Guards Management System
A full ERP system on Odoo 18 to manage security guard operations: guard deployment, schedules, attendance, payroll, and operational billing in one unified platform.
The Challenge
AMAN needed a unified system to manage field security-guard operations instead of relying on scattered processes that were hard to track and difficult to connect operationally and financially. Key challenges included guard deployment, shift scheduling, attendance, overtime and shift-based payroll, and turning operational data into clear invoices and reports.
Our Solution
We built a custom ERP on Odoo 18 to manage security-guard operations on both the operational and financial sides, with custom modules tailored to the nature of field work: a dedicated guard-management module, schedule/location/deployment structure, a check-in/check-out attendance system, shift-based payroll and overtime logic, an automated monthly billing engine, and operational and financial QWeb reports. We automated workflows with n8n to reduce manual work and speed up updates.
