Welcome to Code & Key. By using this site or requesting our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before use.
1. Definitions
"Company" refers to Code & Key Digital Solutions. "Client" refers to any individual or entity requesting our services. "Services" includes all digital and consulting solutions we provide.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our site or requesting services, you acknowledge you've read these terms, understood them, and agreed to be bound by them. If you don't agree with any clause, please don't use our services.
3. Scope of Services
We provide services in digital marketing, web and app development, Odoo and ERP, AI and voice, and cybersecurity. The scope of each project is defined in a separate signed agreement.
4. Financial Obligations
Service pricing and payment schedules are defined in each project contract. The client commits to making payments on agreed dates. Late payment may result in work suspension or contract termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All IP rights to delivered work transfer to the client upon full payment. The company retains the right to feature work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
The company maintains the confidentiality of all client commercial and technical information and does not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The company does its utmost to ensure service quality, but is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.
8. Contract Termination
Either party may terminate the contract according to the terms specified in each project agreement. Financial obligations due before termination remain in force.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is resolved amicably; if not, the competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction.
10. Amendments
The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on the site, and continued use of services constitutes implicit acceptance of the amended terms.
