Uptown School needed clearer management of daily school-transport operations — distributing students across routes, linking buses and drivers, and improving daily operational follow-up.
Our Solution
We developed a custom module inside Odoo to manage school-transport operations, designing a clear structure for the operational entities and a distribution/follow-up mechanism: a transport-management module, a structure for buses/routes/drivers/students, a student-to-route distribution system, automated tracking of daily transport operations, and operational reports for routes and attendance.
